Assessed Lloyds entire suite of commercial card issuing and card acquiring products and services from a regulatory and governance perspective to ensure they complied with UK & EU regulators criteria, including managing processes to rectify issues identified.Ran the SME sales division for the card acquiring division of Lloyds, including the telesales team that I set up and grew, plus sales teams based nationwide. This included managing a divisional restructure with an FTE reduction.Created the SME retention strategy for the division and managed the creation of retention tools and the implementation of a new retention team.Developed a highly successful referral partnership with the Lloyds commercial bank and set the strategies to be followed by the corporate bank.Managed a network of third party introducers (Dynamic Currency Conversion companies, PSPs and Trade Bodies) and grew revenues from these sources considerably.Designed and introduced a new start-up card acceptance proposition and a new risk policy for assessing digital business applications.
