I have over 25 years of experience in consulting organisations on customer-centricity, value creation from data, data science, data regulations and marketing technology. My career began in marketing with Nestle and Diageo before joining dunnhumby where I spent 10 years helping global retailers and brands become more customer-centric and monetise their customer data. I was also the Managing Director of TransUnion's Marketing Division, a credit bureau which is one of the UK’s largest consumer data and digital marketing businesses.I’m now the Chief Data & Analytics Officer at Transform, leading a team of experts to help businesses transform around data and technology using our experience in data, analytics, technology, personalised communications and organisation and cultural change.The demand for our services continues to grow and I’m pleased to have helped many private and public sector organisations deliver large and transformational data and digital projects to help set them up for a more efficient and effective future. Our recent award winning work includes projects looking at the global impacts of misinformation on vaccine hesitancy, helping the UK get to carbon net zero and using AI to help the NHS retain their workforce. I’m proud to have been recognised by DataIQ as one of the Top 100 most influential people in data 6 times.
