I have developed a windows forms application using MS VC++ which generates numerical simulations that can be run in MATLAB. These simulations numerically integrate the time-dependent Schrodinger equation for arbitrarily shaped ultrafast laser pulses in the time domain or the frequency domain.I have been working on understanding the interplay among pulse shape, atomic/molecular level structure, and the resulting strong field ionization by way of these simulations.
