Evaluate, coach, and mentor General Managers, Managers, and hourly trainers concerning the execution of effective management training programs. Conduct kitchen certification programs. Review food safety audits, identify areas of concern, and work with Area Directors and Director of Operations to implement solutions and drive improvements. Foster communications between all levels of management. Serve as the “go to” person to resolve issues concerning standards, specifications, and trainer performance issues. Partner with HR Manager in stack ranking team members, performance improvement processes, wage administration and succession planning.
