This provides analysis and reports to marketing to enable continuous improvement of the member experience.- Changes to the plan member web site to provide open and transparent communication to users about calculations for the Retirement Planner tool.- Installation of the Opinion Labs Net Promoter Score tool which provides an objective measure of the likelihood of clients to recommend the web site to family, friends or colleagues.

Performed business analysis, requirements elicitation, documentation and solution testing for projects within the Supply Chain and Services domain.• Delivered projects for changes to Nortel’s Global SAP and legacy applications in support of bringing the Enterprise NCOC (Nortel Customer Operations Center) onto common processes and systems to reduce IT systems and support costs.
