Will has more than 20 years of experience in the transformation, HR technology and outsourcing industries. He is responsible for educating and leading companies in Workforce, HR cloud modernization and enhancing the employee experience. Will enables the delivery of people strategy and the transformational activities needed to achieve the future state Target Interaction and Operating model.

Will is the North America Client Growth Leader and responsible for driving profitable revenue growth across the 5 lines of business and 4 markets. He has oversight of sales and client management colleagues and is accountable for the development and execution of new and existing client expansion. Will works closely with the Executive Team to refine client segmentation, develop and implement sales processes and best practices. He helps determine prioritization of sales strategy and the practical steps for measuring and achieving success. For 15+ years Will has guided global organizations in transforming HR delivery and achieving their desired business goals. Prior to joining Mercer in 2014 he was the Workday Practice Leader and North America Sales Leader for NGA Human Resources.
