I use a team based approach to assign, instruct, direct and train employees towards organizing and scheduling production to meet quality standards and on-time delivery.

I worked part-time through high school and the first year of college on the assembly line building control panels, manifold gauge sets, and some wire harnesses. I became the "wire harness man" at InSource in 2001 or 2002. I led the wire harness shop for 5 years as more and more employees were added on.

I helped extract honey and take honey off in the bee yards. This helped me realize that I didn't want to do that kind of work for the rest of my life. However, I still talk about some of the things I learned while helping Wayne. One thing he would say is that our cup has to be held out and open in order for the Lord to fill it. The bees won't put honey in a super unless there is one there for them to put it in. I believe we can put ourselves into a position to be blessed of the Lord, even though it is still in God's power to provide the blessing or withhold.
