Served as the chief executive for Merchandising, Retail, Wholesale and Licensing operations for The Metropolitan Museum of Art. Responsibility for the full enterprise P & L and Operating responsibilities including Design, Merchandising, Development, Operations, Finance, all selling channels and logistics.Transitioned from a Partner at Columbus Consulting to a senior executive for The Met overseeing all merchandising operations. Led a successful turn around effort of the full retail and wholesale operation from a significant Net Income loss in FY 2016 to Net Income gain for FY 2017. Put The Met retail enterprise back on a profitable track in less than 15 months. Re-organized all of merchandising, design, creative direction, all operations and finance. Completed the leadership succession plan on June 28th, 2017.

Signet JewelersDesigned and helped develop the Signet Synergy Execution Management Process (SSEMP), a calendar based execution management tool to enable the Transformation Leadership Team (TLT) to ensure the delivery of over 25 synergy value initiatives from the merger between Signet Jewelers and Zale Corporation.In coordination with Signet Management, led the Columbus Consulting Engagement project to deliver multiple integration work streams including: SSEMP, Discount Controls, Synergy Tracking.Provided executive guidance on key merchandising initiatives including Inventory Turn.
