Land Securities - 21 MoorfieldsWorking as Senior Project Manager, my role was to manage the four advance sub-contractor PCSA’s and the interface between them as part of a new Land Securities procurement model. The role also included design interface and management for the 700,000sf commercial development above Moorgate station, with complex structural design criteria and very advanced coordination and BIM implementation.La Salle Investment / Citygrove - 60 London Wall (300,000sf Commercial w/ Retail)I was lead Senior Project Manager through procurement and onto site for this extensive refurb, utilising 40% of the existing structure focusing on procurement, design and client management and onsite EA responsibilities with the contractor. ARM Holdings – International Headquarters (Office CAT A & B)I was the lead project manager for the Fit Out of the 200,000 sq ft commercial headquarters for ARM Holdings in Cambridge. Providing overall project & design management and stakeholder engagement through design procurement and onto site, in conjunction with monitoring the base build engagement and programme. • U+I Developments – Circus St Masterplan, Brighton (Mixed Use Urban Regeneration)I provided both project and design management, for the eleven building mixed use urban regeneration of the derelict Circus St Market in Brighton. The project includes private and student residential, office, a university library and a dance studio with significant improvements to the public realm.• O&H Properties - 8-10 Grafton Street & 12-13 Bruton Street (Mixed Use)I assisted with the development for a 17,000m2 scheme comprising of two new Office buildings and an 11-storey residential building within a revitalised public realm in the Central Mayfair Area.• PegasusLife – Extra Care Residential Programme I both Led and assisted a number of developments within the PegasusLife programme of projects through planning and design development to the procurement.
