Part of the Business and Enterprise Team, this role involves me working on the Council’s externally funded projects such as UKSPF as well as advising on future sources of funding.

Cohort 24 of the National Graduate Development Programme (NGDP) based at Runnymede Borough Council. Held alongside permanent role as Economic Development Officer.

In this role, I worked to drive the area’s economic prosperity and to secure the council’s policy objectives in relation to economic development.Projects I worked on in this role include:- Writing the Runnymede Economic Assessment, a detailed document analysing the economic performance of the area- Leading on a project to explore launching a e-bike share scheme in the borough- Managing the Council's ‘Business Runnymede’ brand- Working on the launch of the first Runnymede Business Awards- Supporting the planning and delivery of projects as part of the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, including managing individual projects such as improvements to town centres within the borough
