Launched international recruitment desk within a legal specialised headhunting start-up.

Focusing on the SME/mid-market, I worked across a breadth of industries - from investment funds to band managers, energy firms to tech startups - to help them achieve better value from their air, hotel (and MICE) travel budgets.

Created a new role in the firm, responsible for the development and implementation of a new sales strategy to lead the business through a 42-apartment property opening.Opened up new direct and indirect revenue streams focusing on both global and local relationships in the banking, legal and insurance sectors plus associated TMCs and relocation agents.

Brought a more structured approach to account management along with the development and execution of a new B2B marketing and communications strategy. This included design and delivery of a new company website and bespoke client booking portals.
