I moved across to the insurance industry in May 2023 when I took on my current position as Head of Legal and Risk Management at Altea, the progressive specialist provider in insurance and risk management solutions tailored for the Medical, Allied Health and Care sectors. My role includes devising and delivering a wide array of bespoke risk management programmes for our rapidly growing book of health and care entities and professionals. I also host the influential AlteaTalks podcast series.Before moving to Altea, I worked as an insurance healthcare litigation lawyer, based in London, and over the years I have defended the interests of countless Insureds and Insurers alike. Most recently before joining Altea, I was a partner in DWF's internationally renowned healthcare division, where I led the insurance in healthcare practice team. Beyond the law and insurance, I hugely enjoy public speaking and have frequently presented at industry events, client seminars, and health sector-focused podcasts.
