Upon acceptance of the high level strategy and vision, I co-led a joint LM and NASA team of leaders and experienced professionals to develop an execution strategy and schedule to support the Software Integrated Multi-disciplinary (SWIM) team structure meeting the milestones identified in the initial tiger team. Upon completion and acceptance of the SWIM execution strategy, I was charged with:- Standing up SWIM teams with existing resources- Writing reqs for additional resources- Training employees on EM-2 needs- Evaluating existing processes to enhance and streamline to meet schedule- Lay in SW Functionality development (that I had captured previously) into a resource loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)- Interviewing and hiring additional staff where needed- Working cross SWIM Team issues and needs to facilitate a successful mission- Initial Software 90% Critical Design Review LeadAs I transitioned my position as the Orion Docking Software Lead (see below), I am now responsible for integrating EM-2 schedules with Docking Schedules are they developed to support both missions objectives.This role was consumed under the new SWIM Structure
