In my current role at Serve Legal Ltd, I am a part of the Systems & Data team. Providing Service Desk support both internally and externally, while also ensuring the data we hold is accurate and confidential. Day to day involves managing the data of some of the UK's largest retailers. Currently in the process of obtaining my PowerBI Data Analyst.

During this Summer employment, I joined the Customer Service team. I aided customers in everything from helping to load their car, to complaint resolution and providing personalised customer support. The focus was always on providing the highest quality of customer care and ensuring complaints and feedback were escalated, where appropriate, to the relevant.

In November 2018 I joined ServeLegal Ltd. as a Compliance Auditor.This entailed Compliance auditing of age-restricted products from British retailers and shops for the UK’s leading compliance testing company. During my time at ServeLegal I conducted over 200 audits nationwide, never missing a deadline. The results from each audit were communicated through.

In the summer of 2018 and 2019 I worked as a Pastoral and Activity Leader for XUK Camps.During my 9 weeks across the two summers, I managed functioning of a Dormitory home to 30 children, ensuring they were on time to every meal and activity. In conjunction with my Pastoral role, I also undertook the role of 'Team Leader' roles which involved auditing.
