• Recommended uphole recompletes including fractures or perforation adds with a financial investment of $1.1M. Total added reserves of 3.9 billion cubic feet of gas. • Performed field study of South Texas tight gas reservoir containing over 70 wells, comparing existing recomplete production to uphole recomplete candidates lacking significant open-hole lag data.• Creation and interpretation of well histories through Wellview data to characterize field.• Performed petrophysical interpretation and volumetrics in Petra to estimate 20 BCF of recoverable gas in target reservoir. • Created 30 decline curves using Harmony and Aries to forecast production over 40 years and model economic future, then designed nodal analysis for 4 target wells to estimate initial rate of ~600 MCF/D in Prosper. • Analyzed successful and unsuccessful prior recompletions to identify winning characteristics of resistivity, hydrocarbon pore feet and neutron porosity. • Consolidated core findings and presented findings to company executives.
