Current• Consistently staffed as the Area Architect on projects. Defines and shares best practices based on personal experience as a consultant and other work experience.• Consistently requested to participate in the sales process, either in estimating project effort/scope, participating in onsite presentations and defines/signs off on budgetary requirements for projects.• Sponsors internal initiatives and advises PMO Practice Leader on practice strategy• Viewed as an expert in PMO area of expertise outside of Invisors, by Workday, clients, or others in the industry.• Demonstrates ability to be a leader of leaders, influencing and growing multiple layers of an organization.• Works to improve and reinforce the performance of others.
