Walk customers through the diagnostic process to restore service

I would recommend the correct products to our customers based on expressed needs and ask questions to see if there was anything else they needed whether it was computer repair, cell phone repair, or additional hardware to accompany the purchase. I was responsible for keeping my department in order in terms of our appointment book, project folders, notes, and sales signage. While employed at Office Depot, I was offered an opportunity to gain additional training and experience in the field of cell phone repair. I learned how to replace certain components of several models of iPhone, Samsung Galaxy S series phones, and Galaxy Note series phones.
