Hosted Applications Administrator
CurrentServing as the advocate for problem resolution with the Hosted Solutions vendor, internal IT department, or other service providers. Proactively providing status and estimated completion dates to all Stakeholders. -Internal and External system integrations-Liaison between the external clients and Allegis Group, and between internal I.S. and the business needs. Fielding any and all user, system, and business issues as they pertain to the hosted application.-Advocate for problem resolution with the Hosted Solutions vendor, internal IT department, or other service providers. Proactively provide status and estimated completion dates to all Stakeholders.-Planning the scope of request from the business and joining the technical resources needed to complete the focused project.-24/7 system monitoring and issue communication.-Work with the Hosted Solutions vendor to correct system issues – performing testing or patch application assistance as necessary.-Subject Matter expert on the Hosted Application – providing functional support to all Operating Company Hosted Solution Admins that use the system. Document how each group is using the application-Document and recommend improvements to existing business processes around the use of the hosted application-Create, run, and analyze reports for the Operating Companies in the Hosted Application-Develop systems and procedures to support the use of the hosted applications to improve the overall value the internal customers are receiving from the application-Assist in implementation projects of new hosted providers. Also provide support for upgrades and new implementations of existing applications-Maintaining work flows, job aids, training materials, and notifications
