In 2019, on a slashed budget of $125K and a limited team, I managed product, logistics, partnerships and marketing for AE’s PRIDE campaign, banking $1.5M (1,100% ROI!) which was 100% donated to It Gets Better. Their single largest donation of all time!• Collaborated with Production to source fabrics, minimize costs and maximize quality. Based on strong “comfy” shirt sales, engineered a softer yet stronger flannel shirt which drove $15M in sls for Fall ‘19. Concurrently used forecast data to bulk buy flannel, saving $200K in cost ($.40/unit).• Analysed daily business vs OTB and executed measured responses to achieve margin $ goals.• Hired, trained, and directly manage a team of three.
