• Determines proper policy coverage on claims and supplements, using Best Claims Practices to investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize assigned property claims for the entire state of Oregon.
• Meets with customers to assist them with their loss and explain the claims and construction process.

• Work daily with different vendors including contractors, restoration companies, agents, cause and origin firms and structural engineers.
