Asset Manager - Mariah del Norte Windfarm• Retained ultimate responsibility for management of all commercial and operational aspects of renewable power plant operation, to include: End of warranty inspections, EH&S compliance, NERC/FERC compliance, PPA/swap settlements, insurance, property tax payment/valuation, and compliance with numerous commercial contracts – specifically those related to various debt and equity structures.• Asset optimization, including analysis of both speculative and hedging power trading strategy.• Maintained market facing obligations with ERCOT.• Financial modeling and analysis, to include: evaluation of early debt retirement and restructuring, developing and maintaining annual budgets and cash forecasts, development and validation of long term pro forma models• Ran RFP process and developed and maintained contracts with third party vendors.• Negotiated and managed the sale of Renewable Energy Credits.• Participated in numerous technical and commercial due diligence exercises for a variety of turbine platforms across multiple power markets.
