Business Analyst and Project Manager support on a Fortune 10 client's Salesforce Cloud Migration team. Created and curated requirements gathering session questions for how the new organization would migrate different processes over to the target organization. Created from scratch the design document for the organization to track the goals, timeline, risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, technical documentation, DevOps strategy, different objects, fields, and materials that needed to be migrated as well as the change management and data migration plan for the team: a value add to senior business leaders as the document was a succinct way to present information of all the work the team did with technical information linked out. Assisted the Change Leader from CapTech with the change management plan and set up all the user profiles for QA and UAT by adding the different profiles and layouts that a user would see in production. Also aided in Change Leader calls adding technical details and information to the migrating groups.Performed custom object analysis in Salesforce Inspector for the migrating and target organizations. Created queries to pull all the non-installed custom objects that existed in the migrating organizations but didn’t exist in the target organization. Created a visual for the client to align the required fields from the migrating organization moving through the different opportunity stages compared to the target organization. Spearheaded the Metadata Analysis specifically on the Lead object looking at required fields, stage differences and required actions. Built an object in Salesforce, including the required and optional fields after going through a field mapping exercise, additionally creating the unique Page Layout and Record Type for the specific groups that needed access to the object. QA Tester throughout the project for all objects that were migrated as well as the different permissions sets, record types, profiles, buttons and others.
