With over 17 years of leisure experience and 12 years of management experience, I am a strategic manager who is confident in all aspects of hospitality and service with a key aim to deliver the best possible customer service at every opportunity. I pride myself on my ability to lead teams and empower staff to deliver the values, ideas and projects I coordinate to increase participation in health and fitness.Within my 17 years’ experience, I have been able to successfully demonstrate my ability to problem solve, communicate and work within extremely high paced environments whilst managing multiple projects over multiple sites and departments. One of my main strengths lies within the high standards I strive for and how I am able to grow my staff to be able to deliver said standards.I am confident and believe in my ideas and believe that when executed, have a positive impact from the planning phase through to delivery.I have been lucky enough to gain experience in Events & Hospitality, Finance, Catering & Food and Beverage and Operations, which has given me the platform to continually build on these experiences. This has led me to a role working at MCC as Senior Operations Manager for the Pavilion, a role that is hugely exciting. I feel privileged to have the opportunity to work for such a prestigious organisation.
