Together with the directors of the company, our department primarily completed tender returns, contract renewals and looked to increase the potential for new business.My principle responsibilities included tenant renewal, pricing and sub contractor negotiation for approximately 90 contracts. I assisted the BDM with tender returns, sourcing and proposing marketing/promotional material, basebuild renewals and administrative duties such as maintaining the website and introducing members of the firm to our new client relationship management software. With prestigious clients such as CBRE, Broadgate Estates and Cushman & Wakefield, the needs to be flexible, a confident communicator and work to strict deadlines were paramount. Show less
