Job Aim: Help Middle School and High School students know & follow Jesus through engaging events, actionable teaching and meaningful relationships. - Recruit and develop teams of caring adults to lead student Connection Groups and build lasting mentoring relationships.- Hire, train and empower staff members to multiply kingdom impact - Prioritize teaching God's Word in a way that was biblically sound, creative, and developmentally appropriate. - Design and execute events to facilitate belonging and Gospel opportunities for our students and other churches in the area. - Build business relationships, manage budgets and coordinate logistics for large scale youth events. - Provide 1 on 1 and small group discipleship and counsel as needed to help students, parents and volunteers on their path to know & follow Jesus- Provide broader input and strategic church leadership as part of the director team. - Preach, teach and lead in other churchwide contexts as needed.
