Will Moorman is a Head Brewer at Canteen Brewhouse. He possess expertise in craft beer, brewing, fermentation, yeast, alcoholic beverages and 11 more skills. Colleagues describe him as "Will and I got our big start in the brewing industry while we were both at Tow Yard Brewing. We started working together under the direction of a former head brewer that decided to pursue another opportunity about a year into our employment. When I took over as Head Brewer, Will became my assistant. Even when our titles changed, Will and I were a team. Will and I made each other better brewers by pushing each other to continually learn new techniques and adapt too any situations that arose. Will has a very creative mind and is willing to push the boundaries in brewing. That's something that I greatly valued coming from a more technical and process-oriented background. As we continued to brew beer together, the beer improved with each batch. Will is great at analyzing the final product and offering solutions to not only fix any imperfections, but ways of enhancing other desired outcomes for future batches.
