After plying the trade for the last 6 years in Australia I have recently returned to the UK to immerse myself in the insurance market over here. I'm excited to get working in London and learn from the huge wealth of knowledge and talent in the city. After a short break travelling and reconnecting with old family and friends I'm ready to bring positive energy to continue to deliver great results for my clients. I'm passionate about self improvement and believe the best way to grow is to do. I enjoy rising to a challenge and my back ground in sport allows me to perform at my best under pressure. In all the previous teams I've worked in I have been known for my feel good camaraderie and desire to learn new things. Work should be fun, the only thing we can control is our attitude. If you bring the right one then the day is off to a good start already. 💡 Looking Forward:I believe in the mission of insurance to allow business' large or small to take risks otherwise impossible, to facilitate their growth and protect against disaster. In particular I have a passion for the increasing use of AI and am keen to be a part of the increases in efficiencies this can provide! I believe AI is a force for good that will allow insurance brokers more time to develop their knowledge, focus on client facing tasks and provide better overall services to the consumer. Insurance professionals who adopt Artificial Intelligence will help to bring the industry forward and in the long run this will only benefit clients by providing more accurate rating and reducing the time cost to deliver these products. Insurance is traditionally slow to adapt to new change - I would love to be part of a team that wants to engage with this technology as much as possible and lead the industry forward.
