As AMN Healthcare continues to invest and advance as the leader within the healthcare workforce solutions marketplace, this executive leadership role is responsible for establishing solution integration, best practice architecture, brand positioning, sales operations oversight for AMN’s comprehensive Workforce Solutions Division; including Managed Service Programs (MSP) and its innovative healthcare-centric workforce management technologies (e.g. VMS, Predictive Staffing Analytics, Digital Staffing). Oversee workforce solution design activities and integration across AMN brands and operations in a synchronized manner to maximize AMN value to leading domestic and international healthcare systems. Lead and manage teams to ensure standardization in the client discovery and sales process, and ultimately deliver on the overall solution design promise. This includes leading complex solution planning process, enterprise-wide deal desk, strategic and affiliate vendor partnerships, marketing/brand integration, P&L/ROI development, and coordination with implementation and service delivery departments. Serve as executive level client-facing subject matter expert to interpret and translate client requirements into an AMN Workforce Solution that can be configured and work to ensure implementation of the final solution in a cost effective and efficient manner.

Successfully segmented sales and service delivery into industry verticals and product lines to create result-based focus and expertise within multiple industries such as healthcare, e-commerce/retail, creative marketing, renewable energy, financial services, and electric automotive. Led all solution go-to-market strategies for Vendor Neutral MSP/VMS contingent workforce management solutions, Employer of Record (payrolling), Digital Staffing, Freelance Management System (FMS), Statement of Work (SOW), Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and Independent Contractor Classification Services. Forged internal solution design intake process, strategic VMS technology partnerships, and innovative “neutral” sourcing strategies to scale solution offerings, streamline contracting, and implement a unified client centric solution to KPI expectations. Held executive oversight of branding and re-branding efforts including digital marketing, lead generation, content management, and digital analytics and marketing agency executive sponsorship. Launched new branding identity, social media, digital in-bound lead marketing platform, Salesforce CRM configuration and deployment, content development/management.
