My role is to provide value through the delivery of tailored risk management solutions to a range of clients across multiple sectors, primarily in the financial services sector as well as pharmaceutical, software, media and retail sectors.Key responsibilities and achievements include: • Performance of assessment, enhancement and enablement of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management (ORM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) programs against industry standards and PwC methodologies. Outputs include the provision of detailed recommendations for the enhancement of governance, performance, compliance and achieving operational efficiency and effectiveness. Enablement engagements include the design and development of operational models for the identification, evaluation and mitigation of risk through detailed risk scoring models and supporting program elements. • Engagement lead on multiple major GRC technology implementations and process enhancement projects across most major industry sectors. These technology implementation projects require the detailed mapping of workflows and processes in order to develop clear business and technical requirements to support the tech selection and build. Further to this is the development of detailed test scripts and design of pilot programs to test risk assessment capabilities of new technology and processes.• Lead role in the recruiting and development of associate and senior associate level staff in the CP&F practice. I have been heavily involved in growing the practice through recruitment, career coaching and mentorship and as a lead facilitator of training for TPRM and ORM. Since joining the practice in 2014 we have seen continued year on year growth in revenue and team size.

The role at Temenos was to design and establish the Group Operational Risk Management Function in accordance with international standards, COSO:ERM Framework and ISO:31000. Key responsibilities included: • Coordination of all Operational Risk reporting and governance activities.• Presentation to Executive Management on Temenos’ Risk Profile and ongoing Risk Projects.• Liaison with Senior Management to develop Risk Projects and partner with business to deliver Risk Projects as approved by the Risk Board. • Development of a customised Risk-Profiling Tool within Temenos’ Sales Management System (Salesforce) and provision of continued monitoring of third party and customer commitments in order to assess and treat exposure to contractual breaches. • Provision of Risk Reports for the purpose of Investor Relations, Creditor Assessments and inclusion in the 2012 and 2013 Annual Reports.• Development and management of the group Business Continuity Management framework.• Development and oversight of the Group Fraud Risk Policy and Procedures.• Oversight of the group IT Risk Assessments and implementation of action plans.
