• The role at Temenos was to design and establish the Group Operational Risk Management Function in accordance with international standards, COSO:ERM Framework and ISO:31000. Key responsibilities included:
• Coordination of all Operational Risk reporting and governance activities.
• Presentation to Executive Management on Temenos’ Risk Profile and ongoing Risk Projects.
• Liaison with Senior Management to develop Risk Projects and partner with business to deliver Risk Projects as approved by the Risk Board.
• Development of a customised Risk-Profiling Tool within Temenos’ Sales Management System (Salesforce) and provision of continued monitoring of third party and customer commitments in order to assess and treat exposure.
• Provision of Risk Reports for the purpose of Investor Relations, Creditor Assessments and inclusion in the 2012 and 2013 Annual Reports.

• Establishment of the Risk Reporting Framework and performance of risk analytics over SCEEs operational risk profile and development of concise monthly reports to executive management.
• Development of the group’s Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery Plan.
