As Director of National Accounts I shoulder the responsibility of developing new relationships and business with major restaurant chains, Retailers, and Corporate Foodservice Distributors throughout the United States. I seek to provide innovation, product technology and development including ingredients and packaging, and fresh ideas in marketing high end seafood items to promote sales and profitability. I travel extensively and research competition to better understand the industry and business climate. I work with production managers within the facilities we own to forecast sales linked to production and collaborate with upper management/ownership on go to market strategies to further ehance brand equity in the market place.

As Midwest Sales Manager for Ocean Choice International, I shoulder the responsibility to penetrate sales of high quality frozen seafood to foodservice and retail distribution centers, national and regional restaurant chains, and high volume independent restaurants. I educate buyers and consumers on market trends in both commodity pricing and demand. Sales are both truckload and LTL from our plants in Eastern Atlantic Canada or Boston Cold Storage.

I managed and grew the largest sales district within US Foodservice Minnesota. I led a multi-cultural sales team and collaborated with executive staff on strategies for growth and service level enhancement. Sales exceed 45 million per year with over 600 accounts serviced.
