Assigned full-time to Romair Construction, Inc. responsible for supporting new build residential construction homes in Watersound Origins. Managed sub contractors daily ensuring schedules and project specifications were met. Regularly troubleshooted and resolved issues ensuring on-time and on-budget completion of work. Interacted with Owners directly developing punch list inventory and the completion of these items. Over 20 homes directly supported. Active team player helping keep job sites clean and performing minor installation projects as needed.

Responsible for service department’s daily activities covering seven counties across Middle Tennessee. Scheduled and coordinated with service technicians daily and handled customer service inquiries regarding service repairs and warranty replacements daily.
