I am a Duke graduate and seasoned social work professional who earned a Master’s Degree from UNC – Chapel Hill with a concentration in Families and Children. My professional clinical experience includes working with a medically complex Veteran population for thirteen years, both in direct practice and – more recently – in the role of manager. I have a strong background in clinical case management, resource referral, care coordination, and crisis intervention. I am an experienced clinician and Manager with skills in program development and evaluation, communication and mediation, training, and education. I have continued to hone my skills in management, recently working in a business retail environment where I was also responsible for hiring. As a highly motivated and successful individual, I have extensive experience working in challenging and fast-paced settings with customers/clients and their families. I possess excellent direct clinical practice, customer service, retail management and problem solving skills.
