Employment within the Parachute Regiment training depot, whilst unfortunately being cut short due to a medical discharge, was an immense environment for personal and team growth. When returning from university to work part-time and having gained experience in prior roles within the organisation, I was promoted to restaurant manager. Here, my responsibilities included customer service, waiting on tables, accurately allocating pre-ordered food to the correct customers and encouraging drinks sales in a pressurised environment. I was also required to understand health and safety, manage payment systems and work within brand guidelines.

Within my placement year at Audit Partnership, a company which places huge importance on placement students, I have been able to harness and develop my workplace competencies within my role. Day to day, I am in with contact with numerous suppliers, working in unison in order to reconcile financial queries and mispayments.

During 6th form I spent a number of days on separate occasions with both Barclays corporate under the supervision of a senior relationship director, as well as Barclaycard where I observed and partook in telesales as part of their day to day running of the business.
