High volume auto accident claims up to a rolling average of 70 claims each given month; first and foremost, to provide the best customer service to our insureds and claimants involved in auto accidents; I was selected for the total loss designate role specializing in resolving complex liability investigations and total loss property damage claims; I was successful in this role with resolving casualty claims at/or exceeding the company’s objectives while also maintaining company values and standards; In April 2018, I was selected to move into the medical claims adjuster role within the claims organization specializing in personal injury protection coverage
