Assembly Supervisor
Current▪ Direct team leaders and other team members in assigned manufacturing area; lead and supervise daily manufacturing assembly responsibilities.▪ Manage group as an operational unit to accomplish company goals and targets in accordance withcompany policies, manufacturing standards and methods, and quality standards.▪ Train and coach team members to maintain productivity and quality standards with a focus on safety,quality, job performance, setups, trouble shooting, and continuous improvement.▪ Develop, implement and evaluate standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions (WIs) to maintain troubleshoot, and improve processes.▪ Coordinate additions, deletions, or modifications to daily duties or scope of work.▪ Collaborate and partner with stakeholders to mitigate supplier performance risk and resolve supplier issues.▪ Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other service providers.▪ Collect, record, and analyze information while maintaining documentation and updated procedures.▪ Analyze raw data and create reports and presentations to deliver to leadership.▪ Ensure machinery and equipment is running in accordance with the daily published schedule.▪ Monitor and stay on task with targets and implementation schedule.▪ Lead continuous improvement activities; identify areas where cost reductions can be implemented.▪ Set-up logistic locations/destinations for delivery of parts to areas in the assembly shop; create andimplement how parts are contained once delivered.▪ Maintain a safe working environment for all team members.▪ Mentor and train team members; participate in goal setting and completion of annual performance reviews.
