I also took responsibility to create a shared company vehicle fleet spreadsheet as there was a lack of information on vehicle leases and driver information, which was used by multiple departments and directors. Taking on this responsibility of the vehicle fleet I reduced costs by ending unnecessary short term vehicle contracts, saving Glide around £5k annually. This role gave me valuable insight into the finance department of a business, and the organisational structure and functions of a successful firm. -
