I represent clients - individuals, businesses and public entities - in the litigation and trial of commercial, environmental and general civil matters. I also provide regulatory and compliance counseling in environmental matters and represent clients in environmental enforcement proceedings and administrative hearings. Over the last few years in particular, my practice has included the role of outside general counsel to clients that do not have their own legal department. My clients are in various industry sectors, including oil and gas, oilfield services, mining and manufacturing, ports and transportation, and construction.
