Will (he/him) teaches global literatures and creative writing at the University of North Florida while serving on the staff of The Adroit Journal and publishing widely as a poet, translator, and fiction writer (publication list below). Tying together his disparate interests—from Arabic translation to Shakespearean dramaturgy—is an obsession with exploring literary ambiguities and helping others find their (pluralistic) voices through creatively interacting with the adaptability of texts. His courses focus on exposing students to readings beyond the West while promoting writing assignments that experiment with hybrid forms of self-expression. He is a winner of UNF's Undergraduate Teaching Award, has been profiled for his unconventional courses by The Jacksonville Times-Union, and serves as the first recipient of a Faculty Fellowship from UNF's Hicks Honors College.
