Specifically for Virtual Blue, I led the thirteen-team group that prepared each aspect of the go-to-market, including the market and competitive intelligence to ensure we were day-one successful with this new product. • Marketing Collateral Creation and Sales Enablement: I have led people leaders, individual contributors, and agencies through every stage of marketing collateral creation’s positioning and messaging (brand awareness, consideration, and conversion). Once messaging and marketing collateral is complete, we conduct sales force attachments to rapidly iterate on collateral. • Marketing Channel Deployment: Post-product launch I partner with our sales force to maximize deployment of collateral with paid marketing channels (paid search, display ads, webinars, etc.), thought leadership content marketing, press releases, and trade show preparation to maximize each opportunity. • Other Achievements: Project led a Net Promoter Score taskforce to raise our NPS from 15 to 20 across 4.5M members and has led competitive intelligence reports to drive market success.
