As a professional in film, television, and live events, I have always been passionate about telling stories through pictures and music. I began writing, filming videos, and playing instruments at an early age. In my teen years I pursued internships and experience on film sets prior to graduating high school. I quickly gained skills in camera operation and video editing as well as film and tv production. I continued my studies and experience in film at San Francisco State University. Upon obtaining a BA in Cinema, I quickly went on to work for a number of independent film and commercial productions for Universal Studios, HBO, Spike TV, Saturn, and Chevrolet as well as submissions to Sundance Film Festival. Concurrently, I pursued professional opportunities in music while performing in bands and working as a freelance audio engineer, stagehand, and systems technician for events, concert venues and night clubs. I began to grow in my role as a professional sound engineer and continued to cultivate skills in the discipline as I moved back to my hometown of Los Angeles to pursue film. I found more opportunities in live sound and event production in LA that allowed me to serve in lead roles on major industry events, such as The Oscars, Emmys, and ASCAP Pop Music Awards. I have worked with a wide variety of talent like Oprah Winfrey, Kenny G, Will Farrel, Stan Lee and Vince Neil of Motley Crue. I continue to excel in the filed of live audio event production having developed training in digital audio systems and advanced live sound system design. Since COVID I have been back in the editor's chair and found new passion in motion graphics and graphic design.My ultimate passion still lies in the telling of stories through film and music. I jump at any opportunity to use my skills in technology to tell stories, evoke emotion, and inspire.
