The Global Leadership Development Program is a rotational program designed to accelerate participant’s development in becoming a well-rounded supply chain professional and potential future leader within Nike, Inc. Over the course of two years, participants rotate through four significant functional experiences to gain an end-to-end view of Nike’s global integrated supply chain.
