Workflow planning. Install and configure Adobe Products. Cisco Switches and Routers troubleshooting and administration. Moves and Installs. Mobile Device Management consisting of setup, updates, and configuration.• Maintaining quality service for all executives/clients/employees with focus on time management.Diagnosing and resolving issues on Windows/Apple/Mobile/Telecom/Video Conferencing based systems. Configuring and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, phones, tablets, projectors, audio, TVs, printers and network issues.Tracking, managing and answering all incoming user issues.Imaging, reconditioning and maintaining company equipment.Migration of Windows 7 machines to Windows 10.
