I am currently working as a Senior Online Assistant. My job involves conforming, pregrading, sync checking predominantly.However i have recently moved more into a Junior Editor role where i have worked on Reversions and International cutdowns for tv shows such as Rude Tube and First Time Famers.Pre-Grading has enabled me to become more efficient using Avid Symphony and Avid DS.As a senior member of staff I have taken on more responsiblities such as liasing with editors and clients to ensure the best outcome is achieved. I also work on FCP, for small edit jobs. Also using episode for transcoding. At envy we use Baselight for grading. A program I've become efficient on. Using for Conforming, and basic grading skills. Other kit I'm comfortable on are- YoYo, StreamZ, Isis Manager and Unity networks, QuickTime

Here I worked closer with online editors, where I helped out with editing and general workflow. I worked with the set up of edit suites and assisedt in conforming material. I had been working on Graphics effects within the Avid system. I worked on de-spotting the series of Spooks.I heavily worked in the encoding and transcoding of HD and SD tape/file formats. I had many responsibilities ranging from Archiving and digitizing. I worked on the Pepper Showreels. I am massively advanced in the operations of Digital Rapids. I regularly used various file types with the use of filmcutters and Avids, such as MXF’s and DPX’s. I started out at Pepper as a media technicianFilmcutter, Clipster, Avid DS, and Symphony were used by myself everyday.

worked in a successful postproduction company in the heart of Soho. I worked alongside editors, colorists, sound mixers and VT operators. I dealt with clients on a day-to-day basis; this significantly developed my personal skills. Working there enabled me to enhance my knowledge on the industry. I worked in producing Dubs in all tape formats. I used Waveform Monitors, converted file standards and had necessary skills and knowledge required to produce duplicate media formats. I worked with SD and HD.
