• Planned and managed a period of high, sustained growth from £91K Profit before Tax (PBT) to £1.4 million (PBT) between the years 2001/2 to 2005/6. The company’s turnover grew at 90% for three years and 65% in the fourth. I dealt successfully with cash flow problems caused by the high growth and late payments from our main sponsor.
