Will has been recognized as a "Best Lawyer - One to Watch" in both Commercial Litigation and Corporate Law. As a former-clerk for the Honorable Vice Chancellor Joseph R. Slights III on the Delaware Court of Chancery, Will has experience working on some of the largest corporate disputes in the world. Because of the Delaware Court of Chancery’s focus on business litigation, Will developed a specialization in business issues involving fiduciary duties and M&A law. Will regularly shares this experience with corporate boards by offering guidance regarding fiduciary duties, and he frequently works on corporate governance matters. Will also regularly represents both buyers and sellers in commercial real estate and private M&A transactions, as well as by offering general corporate governance counsel and entity formation services.
