Responsible for scoping out new refurbishment, extension and new build projects, and for the full delivery process. Projects range from Commercial, Pubs and Residential, with a value up to £1.5m. Maple Construction And Design Ltd has a head office in Bristol with regional offices based in Cardiff and London.

Management of all construction sites in the UK. Principal Contractor for Lidl UK. Carried out developments in Blackpool, Warrington, Lincoln, Hayes, Swindon, Gloucester and Wales

Day to day management of all Port Landside Operations inc 24/7 vessel services and stevedoring. Management of Port Sub Contractors - stevedoring, waste, labour, plant, haulage, security, M&E and Civils. Management of all Port Maintenance and Construction Works inc demolition works, fit out works, new build warehouses, cargo handling areas, piling works and a £3.5m jetty extension project. PFSO - Port Facility Security Officer, Explosives Officer and 4P Pollution, On Scene Commander.
