I am a qualified Level 5 CIMSPA Personal Trainer and holder of the PFSA Level 2 Certification in Opposition Analysis and Talent Identification. I am also a final-year Sport and Exercise Science student at the University of Surrey with a passion for enhancing athletic performance and promoting health and well-being from grass-roots to professional sports. My academic foundation in biomechanics, exercise physiology, sports psychology, and nutrition is complemented by hands-on experience in fitness instruction and sports performance analysis.I have a proven ability to apply evidence-based approaches to optimise performance and reduce injury risks. My PFSA qualification equips me with industry-standard expertise in opposition analysis and talent identification, allowing me to assess a player’s performance and contribute to informed decision-making processes in team environments. Additionally, my CIMSPA certification demonstrates my capacity to design and deliver personalised training programmes that align with individual and organisational goals.Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have contributed to multidisciplinary teams and collaborated on research projects on the physiological and psychological factors influencing performance. I also bring practical experience in coaching, fitness programme development, and sports performance analysis, further broadening my scope of expertise.I am particularly interested in opportunities within performance analysis, strength and conditioning, and athlete development.
