Will is the Chief Executive Officer of the Royal Agricultural and Horticultural Society (RA&HS) of SA, an organisation which contributes to the promotion and success of South Australia’s primary industry through the staging of events and the rewarding of excellence. The RA&HS's premier event is the Royal Adelaide Show, which is held in September each year.Will is also the President and Chair of the South Australian Cricket Association (SACA), and a Director of the Adelaide Oval Stadium Management Authority. SACA is responsible for coordinating international and domestic cricket matches at Adelaide Oval, Premier cricket matches and community carnivals, coaching and development and pathway programs for girls and boys, coaching, umpiring, volunteer development and ground management at Karen Rolton Oval. It also administers high performance cricket in South Australia, including the South Australian and Adelaide Strikers men's and women's teams.Prior to 2022, Will had a 15-year career with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, and it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Rural Bank. At the bank he held various roles including GM Sales, GM Agribusiness and Chief Operating Officer / Divisional CFO of its specialist agri-division, Rural Bank.Will grew up on his family’s wheat and sheep farm in the mid-north of South Australia. He is a Churchill Fellow (2017), a former non-executive director of Community Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd, and former Chairman of the SA Dairy Industry Fund. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and holds an MBA from the University of Adelaide.
