I am usually engaged at the onset to discuss a client's needs and then determine the best system architecture to propose for their solution. This includes platform selection, hardware, software, system design and integration,and often ongoing support. I am expected to anticipate the client's project needs and to propose appropriate solutions that best leverage my company's IT services offering.

• Integrate hardware of servers and upgrade servers to latest firmware patches on HP Proliant server including: DL360’s Gen 8, Gen 9, DL380 Gen8, Gen9, Gen10, DL580 Gen 8, Gen 9, DL 980 Gen 8. Dell servers including R220, R230, R630 and R730. As well as SuperMico and Oracle servers.• Set bios settings on servers according to end-user requirements.• Applied stress test on servers using utilities such as LINPAC and MEMTEST and then work with the vendors support team to address issues that may have arisen.• Ran diagnostics on all servers after the burn in process was complete, save the log file for our records and confirm server config such as NICs, memory and HDDs.• Configured servers with end-user specific Raid.
