I have 33 years managerial experience and studied at the University of Teesside in 1997 gaining a Diploma in Business Studies. I have worked at senior management level, both as a Branch Manager and Operations Manager responsible for a large network of branches throughout Yorkshire and the North of England. During this time I have been very successful delivering profitable results and excellent customer care. I demonstrate strong leadership qualities in particular, motivating, restructuring and building teams that can deliver results. I have strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills and can analyse data enabling me to produce action plans and deliver them to Board level. I am target driven and instil this drive into my team inspiring them to fulfil their full potential. I am extremely loyal, energetic, hard working and always open to a new challenge. I am a team player and team builder, assertive, and confident, skills that I believe are transferable to any working environment.
